Weekend Retreat feedback

Thank you for attending our recent Family Weekend Retreat. We hope that you found the whole experience to be a time of encouragement and renewal. We have provided this form to enable you to share with us some feedback relating to the Weekend Retreat. This is, of course, entirely optional, but any feedback received will hopefully help us do a better job next time.
